Frequently asked questions
How is billing structured?
Billing is per tool, not per organization. You can register multiple tools under one organization account, each with its own plan. Subscriptions for your 2nd tool onward automatically get 15% off.
What are credits?
Depending on your plan, credits are added monthly to your organization's credit wallet (Starter $10, Pro $25, Business $75). Credits can be redeemed for highlight placement, category Featured slots, and other add-ons. 1 credit = $1.
Do I pay in USD or JPY?
Prices are denominated in USD, but Stripe's multi-currency checkout also supports payment in Japanese yen. The JPY figures on this page assume ¥150/$1 for reference; the actual charge follows the exchange rate at checkout.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime, and you keep plan features until the end of the current billing period. After a 30-day grace period, only that tool is unpublished (archived) — other subscribed tools are unaffected.
